The engine housing inside the cab can be removed by 4 x 10mm headed bolts, the bolts are fitted to the bulk head and floor, this needs to be done to gain access and also to enable removal of the air intake pipe and also you need the room for the engine removal. (Not Shown)

1. Air / Preheat manifold. Has been removed but is Held to the inlet manifold by 3 x 13mm headed bolts w here the arrow is, also there is a bracket between injector 4 and 3 and the rocker cover which needs to be removed.

2. Clutch slave cylinder. This is attached at 2a by 2 x 17mm bolts, undo the bolts and then withdraw the slave cylinder from its push rod ( it will just come out of the rubber booting) and put to one side or remove the fluid piping and remove alltogether.

3. Fuel line. Can also be seen on next page bottom pic N0 2. You need to remove the fuel inlet pipe to the lift pump and put to one side out of the way.

4. The throttle cable comes round the rear of the engine block and through at No 4 you need to undo the cable at the injector pump and then wind it back and pull through No 4 and put to one side, out of the way.

5. Shows the position of the top bell housing nuts, 17mm, well they should be 17mm.
